Private car parking space and location in quiet cul de sac in new estate would be most suited to those with their own vehicle. However, there are bus links within 3 mins walk from the nearby college. Stirling town centre and university are also both within comfortable cycling distance. Nextbike station within few minutes walk of the house. Rear garden with large shed with space to store a bicycle if required.
