Double bedroom in shared flat in great location

- - About the room - -
The room is very spacious, as can be seen in the pictures. There is a lovely view of the hills in the distance and of Stirling Old Bridge from the desk. The two chests of drawers, bedside table with drawers, and large wardrobe (I have managed to fit 3 suitcases in there) should offer more than enough storage space but the room also has a considerable amount of empty floor space for further storage options to fit. The room faces westwards but still gets enough daylight. Further, the bedroom door locks to offer just that extra bit of privacy and or security.

- - The property - -
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are communal. There's a small hall cupboard. The living room is also quite big and can provide seating for many people (comes with sofas and a dining table). The bay window offers ample light and perhaps the best view in the flat of Wallace monument, Stirling Old Bridge, and the hills. The Kitchen comes with a modern fridge, new oven (was installed only a few months ago), gas hob, and 9kg capacity washing machine. The bathroom, though somewhat smaller, has all the amenities one might need and a small window for ventilation (no issues with mould).

- - The household - -
The flatmates you would be living with are both students at the moment. The flat is owned by a private landlord. This has proven to be one of the greatest upsides of the flat as you will not be dealing with a letting agency but directly with the landlord instead. Any problems we have had with the flat in the past were addressed quite quickly by him (for example installing the new oven after our old oven broke) and as a result, we have had zero problems with our landlord so far. The heating costs stay pretty low all year round due to the flat being upstairs. We are also only a 2-minute walk away from Tesco.

-utility bills are usually around 25-30£ but can be higher or lower depending on the season
