It’s a big, old fashioned ground floor flat, entirely made of Stone, with an upstairs neighbour. The flat has its own front and back door, into beautiful gardens. The ceilings are high, the floors are all natural wood and there are pretty shutters on the windows. All very quaint and ‘Scottish country’ in style ☺️ a true, newly renovated haven.

The property has three bedrooms, one of which is mine (33yo marketing professional, and I own the property), one room will be yours and the last bedroom is my flatmate of one year, from Skye (Professional). There is a kitchen diner and two bathrooms which you can roam freely throughout! The place has everything you need from washing machine, ironing board, clothes horse, bath and shower etc.

Your room comes furnished, with a double bed, mattress, pillows, duvet, a desk, chair, chest of drawers, giant mirror, and a large built in wardrobe. It also has a window looking into the garden, with shutters and a radiator attached to the central heating.

The flat is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to the train / bus station and literally a stones through away from a large supermarket, right in the centre of town. You can also walk to Stirling University, in approx 35mins or to stirling castle in 12 minutes (which you can access for free all year round, due to the location of the property!)

The flat is exceptionally organised, clean and peaceful. I love the outdoors, and I’m super passionate about all things rural / country / Scottish. I work a lot, looking after 12 Scottish Whisky Distilleries and like the property to be quiet, as I work from home.

My dream flat mate would be someone who likes good chat and a laugh but who equally likes their own company. They must keep the property clean and care for it as though it’s their own. We have a cleaning rota, which means you would be required to clean one area a week in order to keep the place beautiful for everyone to share - the kitchen, the bathrooms or the hall 😊 gas, electric, wifi and cleaning products are all included in your rent, however we share the cost for toilet rolls, kitchen consumables, soaps etc.

There is permit holder on street parking directly in front of the flat (£90 a year) or free on street parking round the corner.

We are two hard working girls, who are just trying to live a magnificent life of peace, adventure and kindness, here in stirling and we are looking for a 3rd girl to join the gang 😊

NB, once or twice a month, we have a little dog who comes to stay for a night, to be minded. You won’t even know they are here (unless you want cuddles)
