Description
Hi! I am looking for someone to move into my flat in causewayhead around 1st July
Property details;
- One double room available in a LGBTQ+ first floor furnished flat. The bedroom has a double bed in it as well as a built in wardrobe. I couldn’t find any photos of the bedroom so just have the video
- spacious, modern, open plan kitchen & living room which was refurbished not that long ago; includes white goods such as fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. There are also some plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery which is provided by the landlords too
- We have a balcony located next to the kitchen, perfect for sunbathing & cocktails with a great view of the Wallace monument. It doesn't look like much in the photo but nothing some music & a comfy blanket won't fix
- semi detached flat, which is located in a very settled area so if you like space away from the busy town centre and noise this is a place for you! unfortunately we do not have private parking just street parking. We have very lovely neighbours who we get along well with, they include a mix of business owners & other tenants in the flat next door to us. We have a shop which just opened and its 2 seconds away from our door.
- Great public transport connections; we are less than a minute away from different bus stops going into town or to the university; which is a 15-20 minute walk away from the flat.
- The rent is £375pcm, bills can range from 40-100 (they can be high during the winter but they balance out in the summer, we have full fibre broadband as well. Council tax band D, which is around £60 each (non negotiable sorry) So a comfortable budget would be around £600
About us: both professional & student, I trained as a nurse at Stirling Uni & I work full time in homeless assessment & support so out of the flat a lot. I’m a big horror enthusiast love horror movies / anything spooky! 👻. Big time gamer to
Kieran is also the same, big time gamer, into movies & geeky stuff same as me
New flatmate preferences: clean & tidy, has similar hobbies / interests, has guaranteed income so that we do not fall behind on any bills or rent, must be happy living in an LGBTQ+ household, whilst we enjoy a good party & social event, we tend to not have them in the flat or if we do host an event we do it around our work schedules
Now, the awkward part! Guests & overnight guests are fine but please let us know / give us a heads up so we don’t find a randomer in our kitchen. With the cost of living crisis & just to make things fair, we have a general rule if someone’s more than 2 nights a week, we’ll ask you to pay extra towards the bills.
Due to full time commitments, I may take a day or two to get back to you so please bare with.
Thanks,
Nathan
