💷 Costs

* Rent: £400pcm (increasing to £435 in October)
* Bills: Usually £90–£120pcm (including council tax)

You’ll be living with two friendly professionals who enjoy gaming, films, horror and all things geeky. The flat is relaxed, clean and quiet—we’re looking for someone who’d like a friendly home rather than a party house.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has a reliable income & landlord references
✅ Is comfortable in an LGBTQ+ household

Guests are absolutely welcome with a heads-up, but we’d prefer someone whose partner or friends won’t be staying over several nights every week. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to our tenancy agreement.
