Spacious double furnished room available 7 days a week in central Stirling (FK7 0HG) close to the old Stirling Royal Infirmary site and links to local bus routes. £300 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax, available from 3rd November 2014.
Mum (50) lives alone in a traditional three bed end terraced house with wrap around corner plot garden, and I, Chris (30) occasionally visit overnight.

We're a welcoming, quiet household as keep ourselves to ourselves and work 9-5 Mon to Fri. We have a spacious double furnished room with small feature fireplace, TV/digi box, and use of all bathroom and fully fitted kitchen facilities including washing machine etc. We have our own private lounge however there's a separate dining room which can be used when free by our tenant for studies or dinner.

I'd found that our situation is suited to a person looking for a private and quiet rental away from the student/flat share setting.

Ideally we're looking for a tenant who'd possibly be searching for a lease of at least 6 months or so.
