Single room available in a 2 bedroom flat, with a double bed and fully furnished with a wardrobe, dresser and desk. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room (with a sofa dining table, and a washing machine). The location is town central right by the big Tesco, and the bus stop to the uni, in a predominantly student street.

The rent is £400 per month each (without bills).

I am a third year student and am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out soon. Ideally I am looking for another female student around my age.
