Room- £380 per month, includes a double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and desk + chair
(£380 deposit required too to secure room)

Bills/ council tax payed separately and equally amongst flatmates.
Council tax band D - around £66 per month per tenant
Bills between £20 to £60 per month per tenant depending on time of year.

First floor flat situated just opposite Tesco in Stirling city centre, walking distance to the shops, many bus stops and to the train station.

You would be sharing with myself Havana. I am currently working in Hospitality and studying part time in Glasgow to become a therapist. I finished university at Stirling in 2021. I am also looking for another flat mate to fill the other room in the flat.

We have a cat in the flat called Marbles! She is a love but old and deaf and therefore an indoor cat. There may be times where she will need cared for when I am away such as feeding and litter tray cleaning. She is also completely deaf so sometimes yells in the night. She makes up for this in cuddles.

The ideal flatmate would be chilled out, relatively tidy and respectful of the shared amenities and a cat lover. Please no crazy parties in the flat.
