Room available in Central spacious flat

My current flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to take her room. She is moving out in November. The flat is based in Riverside. The room is freshly painted double bed with storage, desk and spacious cupboard.

The flat is spacious with shared bathroom and kitchen. There is an office which has a weird window to the room but I don't use it. The flat also has a share balcony. The flat has parking and shared gardens. It's located a 5 minute walk from trains, uni bus and shops. Please note this is a single occupancy room.

I currently a marine consultant working hybrid. I'd like someone who can hang out with but respect each others space. Cleaning will be shared. I have 2 cute birds who are well behaved and will not be in the communal areas. I have a boyfriend who visits every weekend or so, new lodger should be ok with that.

Students are preferred but open to professionals. Council tax band C if shared with professionals.
