Communal areas cleaned weekly.
Central heating is NOT turned on during the day.

A former family home, with an Elderly dog & couple living downstairs in the premises.
Roadside parking.
No smoking home.
Not suitable for parties or couples.
Occasional guests permitted with prior notice.
