Small Double Room

Small double room available from January 2025. Rent covers a share of all bills, including council tax (if applicable). Students are welcome, however, must pay the full rent price regardless of council tax exemption (as I would still need to pay and it would work out more expensive than living with a non-student who halved the cost).

Would suit a mature student or professional. It’s a small double room so storage space is limited. For this reason, the room is better suited to someone who is here short-term (eg. International exchange student, seasonal worker, mon-fri let). New flatmate must like dogs!

Upstairs flat with own front door (no close) with video doorbell. On street parking. Garden.

Minimum term is one month. Contractual agreement must be signed and deposit paid before moving in to secure the room. Rent will be due the day you move in.

Who you’ll be living with: I am a 29 y/o female who recently adopted a puppy. Rufus (the puppy) is currently 6 months old, toilet trained, and friendly towards everyone!

I work in marketing full-time. I am in office twice per week and work from home three times per week. During summer and winter months, I also work as a wedding and corporate events singer.

I am an introverted extrovert. I love to be out doing things - long walks, drives, coffee, lunch etc. In the evenings, however, I like to relax in front of the tv, do my nails, start new exciting creative projects like crochet etc. I rarely have people over at the house and when I do, it’s just for movie nights (strictly no parties). I would like a flatmate who is respectful and does not bring surprise guests (guests are allowed but please consult in advance). I like to keep the house clean and tidy overall, however, now there are usually dog toys scattered around the place so I hope you don’t mind!
