Looking to urgently replace a flatmate in a lovely double bedroom right in the heart of Stirling! The flat is very spacious and bright, furnished with shared kitchen/living room and bathroom with large shower.
6 min walking distance to the train and bus station, plenty of local pubs and restaurants.
This is the agency flat so potential tenant would need to send all the info to them to obtain relevant references so I need to find someone asap!!
You will be sharing with myself, 29 female, I just graduated and currently working and am mostly away from home. Flat is kept very tidy so looking for someone who values the same! :) Not really for throwing often parties but I'm super friendly and welcome occasional gathering of friends etc, I'm all for making the flat a comfy living space so happy to socialise or not depending on preferences! Love a good gym sesh and anything outdoors and could spend my days reading fantasy!
