Spacious Double Room in the Heart of Stirling

Hi, I’m advertising my beloved room as I will be moving on to a different city.

Room is becoming available from 01/02/2025. NOT suitable for students due to council tax reasons, also comfortable sharing with a female only please, no men /couple - sorry.

About the House/Room:
It is a 2 bedroom upstairs flat (no lifts as it’s only one floor, so not suitable for mobile accessibility needs).
You will share a modern fully fitted kitchen with washer, bathroom and small living room.
This main double room has great natural lighting. It is more spacious than a regular double room.
Comes Furnished to standard with; Table and Chair, Ikea Wardrobe (Can buy the second larger wardrobe off me), Bed with Mattress and Ikea malm drawers.
The landlord is great and the house is well maintained.
LGBT friendly and NON VEGAN flat - if that’s important to know.
PS: there is on street parking but I don’t know if it’s free for tenants (I don’t drive, I know it’s free from 8pm till 5am ish Mon-Saturday and all of Sunday)
Bills:
Rent - £450 (no deposit required by landlord)
Council tax is £197 monthly - split between us.
Gas is paid monthly and you should budget £50-£80 to cover the winter months (subject to use)
Broadband works well and it’s included in rent.
Electricity is £50 per month- your half is £25

Current flatmate is a working professional and goes into the office a few times a month.
She’ll keep to herself out of respect for your privacy, but I is quite sociable too if you care.

Now is a good time to say she keeps things very tidy, and you won’t get along if you are not the same - especially around the shared areas.

About you:
A flatmate that is clean, also respectful, considerate (no loud noises beyond a certain time as normal people you know…)
Just be cool.
