Please note that bedding: duvet, pillows, sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases are not provided. There is also a large communal garden that is shared with one other flat, and on-street parking by way of council obtained parking permit.
Rent is £495 per calendar month. Electricity and gas are paid separately. The current tenant has internet and this can be shared, the price of which can be paid in a lump sum at the start of the tenancy or split monthly. Tv licensing and council tax are the responsibility of the tenant. The current tenant (female) is a full time professional so council tax is being paid. For this reason the room will better suit other working professionals.
Both male or female flatmates welcomed. Couples also welcome although this will be on a joint tenancy agreement at an additional cost of £120pcm.

A security deposit of £200 is required prior to moving in. This must be paid on signing the contract.
