1 Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Flat (3D Bow Street)

Hi! My flatmate is planning on leaving so I am looking for a new replacement that can move in at the start of October to occupy the spare bedroom. A earlier move in might be possible (ending of September). Professionals preferred but students (postgrad and phd) who are willing to contribute for council tax are also welcome. I’m looking for someone long term If you are a student you must provide a UK based guarantor (this is the agency policy).

I would like someone reliable, clean and tidy as well as quiet. I don’t mind if you cook late, the important thing is that you clean the common space.

The flat is in Bow Street which is the old town in Stirling city centre, adjacent to king street, basically 1 minutes from all the cafes, 10 minutes walk from Tesco 5 minutes from the bus stop from uni and 8 minutes walk from the train station! The flat is a no pets no smoking flat and (I’m afraid) a no party flat

Rent is £447.50 from the 1st of November (bills excluded)

Bills can vary between £70-90 (WiFi included) depending on the period

A bit about me! I’m Virginia, I will be starting a new job as a casual library assistant in September and I also teach online part time. I love books, movies and literature, as well as the arts in general and I enjoy going to cafes, and exploring cities. I also practice yoga. I’m shy but I don’t mind talking, and also sharing a meal together and bonding over common interest! I also enjoy some quiet time to recharge my social batteries
