Looking for a flatmate for 1 room of a 2 bedroom flat located on Barnton St. in the heart of Stirling. Flat is furnished with a large shared living room and adjoining kitchen.

Ideal flatmate would be clean and tidy, a postgrad or other young professional but open to considerations.

Rent is £400 for September and then October, increasing to £475 in November.
Bills vary between £110 and £190 depending on time of year (broadband included)
Council Tax Band C (although with students in flat, we would get a relief)

About me:
Easy going, tidy and respectful flatmate who works part time and is also a student. I like cooking, history, music and beer. I like a calm environment so I don't usually bring people back but tend to have music playing whilst I'm doing things in the flat.
