Student Flatmate Wanted – Well-Priced Room

We’re looking for a student flatmate to move into a furnished room in a three-bedroom house with two bathrooms (one shower) and a private garden. The house is in a great location right next to Waitrose, TK Maxx and Pepe’s, with a bus stop around a 10-minute walk away. Rent is £375 per month, with bills separate (Wi-Fi £11, energy usually around £50 on average). The room is available to move in ASAP, with a minimum stay of three months and up to two years. You’d be living with two 20-year-old male student athletes in a quiet, relaxed house with a chill atmosphere. We’re tidy and easygoing.
