The flat has a small private garden with a driveway and on street parking is also available. Sainsbury's, corner shops and bus stops to the town centre are all within a few minutes' walk. The UniLink bus stop is approximately 10 minutes away, and the town centre is accessible on foot, with a 15-20 minute walk.

The flat has a shared living room with a TV, shared bathroom, and kitchen furnished with all necessities.

The double bedroom for rent is furnished with a double bed and mattress, TV, large desk and chair, and a spacious built in wardrobe.

The current flatmate is a 22-year old female university student, and we are looking for someone of similar age and would prefer another female.
