We are a professional couple originally from India and live in a lovely, modern house on Kildean Road (FK8) and are looking for a tidy, respectful housemate to share our peaceful, commuter-friendly home.
Our location is incredibly convenient for travel:
Motorway Commuters: We are less than 2 minutes from Junction 10 of the M9, making it a fast and easy drive straight to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, or Perth.
The Park & Ride Benefit: The Castleview Park & Ride is just a short 5–10 minute flat walk away. You can park your car there for FREE in a secure lot and catch the local shuttle bus straight into Stirling City Centre or up to Stirling Castle for just £1 return!
If you are moving to Stirling from abroad or another part of the UK, we are more than happy to help you settle into local life and will do everything we can to make you feel like part of the family from day one! At the same time, we completely respect personal boundaries and understand the need for downtime. You will have all the quiet and independent privacy you need in your en-suite room.
We look forward to welcoming a kind, responsible professional, corporate contractor, or student into our home! Please note that we are currently organizing our schedule and viewings will begin in one month's time.
