Double Room Available – Student Flatmate Wanted

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat as I head into my 4th year at university.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, with the available bedroom being unfurnished. It comfortably fits a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage space.

The flat is in a great location, it is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station, the unilink bus stop, the centre of town, and is less than 15 minutes from tesco.

Rent is £500/month, with electricity and broadband bringing the total to approximately £580/month all-in.

I'm ideally looking for another student, both because of council tax and because I'd really like to find someone around my age who I can actually get along with and spend time with outside of the flat.

A bit about me
I'm pretty easy-going and enjoy music, art, non-fiction books, rugby and other sports, cooking, tattoos and true crime.

Ultimately, I'm looking for someone friendly, sociable and considerate, ideally around my age, who'd like their flat to feel like somewhere they actually enjoy coming home to.

Of course, I'm also completely respectful of personal space and understand that everyone has their own life and commitments
