I am looking for a flatmate for 3 bedroom flat. The flat is located near Tesco, 5 minutes walk to train station. It comes with shared bathroom, living room, sofa, shared kitchen, washing machine.
Suitable for students graduating this September as rest of the flatmates are also graduating this September, so, you won't have to pay Council tax for September on your own.
Bills 163£ will be divided equally by all tenants.
There's no wifi. So once we move, we'll have to sort it out on our own, unfortunately.
