The flat, which has been thoroughly modernised, is on two floors of the building and is of a traditional architectural style. Strictly no smoking anywhere in the building.

Would suit house-trained and non-smoking professional. Tidiness and cleaning to be shared between both tenants.

The sitting tenent is a Czech postgraduate student who speaks impeccable English and is very pleasant and quiet.
