I am renting a room within a furnished flat with only one other occupant.

The rent is £400 pcm per couple, or £340 for a single person. All utility bills are included in the rent, but Council Tax is not, if applicable.

The flat is on the ground floor corner block of Darnley Street/St Mary's Wynd. It is centrally located and 5 minutes walk from all city centre amenities, the railway & bus stations and university bus-stop. Residents parking is also available.

The flat is fully furnished, has gas central heating, fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, etc), and unlimited wi-fi. The flat is shared with one other tenant, my son Tom, who is a student.
