Fully furnished double room in modern flat

I have a double room available to rent in the newly developed Stirling Bridge area of the city. The rent includes a private bathroom, unlimited wi-fi, Sky tv (including movies).
The room has just been newly furnished and has a stunning view of the castle. The flat is top floor of three and has a large south facing balcony which gets the sun all day. It is equipped with seating and a bbq.
There is private parking and a bike shed and close access to the motorway. There is a regular bus service to the town centre although it's only a ten minute walk. A range of takeaways and shops are close by.
I am a laid back flat mate and looking for an easy going professional or mature(ish) student.
You will also be sharing with a well behaved cat.
