Room to let in Stirling town centre

I have a lovely, fully furnished bedroom available from January 2015 in my rent apartement in Stirling, really close to everything. I'm a mature student, who's also working a lot and I'm looking for a responsible, tidy roommate. Since I already had to find 2 new roommates in the last 3 month (due to changing jobs), I prefer someone who's sure about staying here for at least 5 month.
The apartement is on the 3rd floor, clean and tidy with a lovely view to the mountains. We also have a shared living room and a kitchen and of course a bathroom. The free room is a double room with bay windows and its rent is 300 GBP/month. The bills are not included, but those are usually 45-50 GBP/month for a student (internet included).

Since I'm a mature student, I prefer a quite home where I can rest after my busy working days, so please consider this before you apply for the room.
