Single bedroom in Stirling city centre

I have a spare single room available in a shared flat with 2 other people (both girls). The flat is located in a brilliant location right in the city centre and close to shops, cafes. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles, 1 big living room with a TV, as well as a spacious kitchen. The bathroom is lovely with a bath/shower. The flat is on the third floor (last one) and has a good view from the window. There is a lot of storage space available. The rent is 333 pounds a month, paid monthly, bills are excluded but including wifi and electricity not more than 30 pounds a month. The University is a good distance and takes up to 15-20 min with the bus (depending on the traffic).
