Double room for rent - bills included

Hi,

I have one fully furnished double bedroom to rent out (bedroom 3 in the picture). House will ideally suit a young professional, but mature students are also welcome!

The house is superbly situated between the Uni and the city centre.
The house has been recently upgraded throughout, including a new kitchen, new bathrooms and a complete re-decorating.

Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity and unlimited Vodafone broadband (+450mbps). There is also a washing machine and dryer.

You will be sharing with myself (landlord). Also there is a Boston Terrier.

I am an easygoing person and I’m looking for a chilled out & respectful housemate who is tidy, responsible and considerate, who is used to flat sharing.
