Single Room available in Modern 3 Bed House

I have a single bedroom available for rent in a modern house sharing with two professionals. The room is furnished with a single bed and has built in wardrobes and shares a bathroom.

It is in a quiet location that is great for both the university and town centre and close to bus routes. The house has a comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, garage space to store a bike and a garden. There is easy on-street parking.

The room would best suit a professional or post-graduate student. It is available now. I would prefer someone looking to stay a minimum of six months. Shorter stays may be possible, however the rent would be adjusted to reflect this.

The room is not suitable for couples.
The room is not suitable for smokers.

Rent is £400 per month. This includes council tax, electricity and gas bills, fibre broadband and a cleaner. A deposit of £400 is required to be paid in advance.
