Double room available in rural location

Hi, I have a furnished double room in my house and am looking for an animal lover who is tidy and considerate, with a good sense of humour :-)

I live in a rural location so would only really suit someone with a car/ bike.

The house is a grade II listed thatched cottage so is a lovely peaceful country retreat after a hard days work. The local pub and village shop is about a mile away.

Although the room does not have an ensuite, there is a bathroom next door to it. I also have a shower room downstairs which I tend to use so the bathroom could be 'your' bathroom.

I do have two sitting rooms, one I tend to use in Summer and one in Winter. I would prefer to have a sociable lodger who would rather share a living room than have one of their own.

I have two dogs who are 'excitable' but loveable so you would really need to have a love of dogs to live here. They have access to the whole house but will ensure that your room is 'out of bounds'.

I am in my final year of nurse training and will be starting work in September so the times I am in the house depend on whether I am at uni or training in hospital.
