It comprises a well fitted out kitchen (with fridge/freezer, cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc), a lounge/bedroom (with a double bed, built in wardrobe) and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own garden, patio and plenty of parking right outside and use of a bay within a cart lodge. Free WiFi is included. There is also separate secure storage included in the rental price for bikes, camping kit etc and use of shared gym. The property is in a quiet Suffolk village, but with plenty of amenities, including regular bus services, a pub (100m away), a school, church and an open-all-hours village shop. We are looking for a quiet and reliable person to rent this apartment. Viewing available by arrangement.
