Double room on leafy street close to town

A nice bright double room in beautiful Victorian house on a quiet, leafy street close to town. Sharing with myself and 2 dogs ( an old Basset Hound and young mini cockerpoo) so you will need to like dogs. My 16 year old son is away at college so only home for some half terms so it's a fairly quiet house. We have 2 lounges so you have access to a separate lounge on an evening. I work from home most of the week with the occasional trip away for work. The house has a beautiful large garden. 7 min walk into Beccles which is a lovely little town, so short walk to the bus station with good connection to Norwich, 5 min walk to the lido & river.
