Double room on lovely street, close to town

A nice bright double room in a beautiful Victorian house on a very quiet, leafy street close to town. Sharing with myself and Mabel, my rescue cockerpoo. My 17 year old son is away at college so only home for some half terms so it's a fairly quiet house. I work from home most of the week at the moment with the occasional trip away for work.
The house has a beautiful large garden. We are about a 7 min walk into Beccles which is a lovely little town with independent shops and cafes. 10 min walk to the bus station with good connection to Norwich, 15 min walk to train station, 5 min walk to the lido & river. Car parking right outside the house. I like to keep the house clean so really appreciate you keeping shared spaces clean too.
Shared bathroom with bath and shower.
