Double Room in quiet leafy street close to town

Double room in our lovely Victorian family home on a pretty & quiet road close to town centre. 10 min walk to bus station, 15 min walk to train station. Available now. Sharing with myself and my 16 year old son & our 2 dogs. My son moves out to start his apprenticeship in September. The house is quiet (well, the dogs aren't always quiet!) with me working from home most of the time and my son either at school or a sports club. We have an old Basset Hound & a puppy Cockapoo so must be Ok with dogs. The house is very clean and tidy. We are friendly and relaxed. There is a shared bathroom which has never caused an issue in the 6 years we have had lodgers here. We have a large back garden, patio and plenty of parking outside. We are a 10 min walk to the bus station and train station, 5 minute walk to the lido, 10 mins to the river. There is a great gym in the centre of town.
