Sunny double room in Beccles

Lovely sunny double room for rent in a house in Beccles, just outside centre of town in a quiet street. Shared bathroom, kitchen and small garden. Perfect location as walking distance to the quay and all of the town shops and amenities. Also within easy walking distance of Tesco, Lidl and the train station. My 5 year old son lives with me in the home during the week and every other weekend and also a small very friendly dog so unfortunately cannot consider anyone with a dog or cat.

Must be full time employed and non smoker.

Rent is inclusive of bills and WiFi. There is street permit parking however this will be an additional cost if required.

Room currently has single bed in it but will be rented out with a double. Also has a small built in cupboard.
