The landlord and family spends the majority of their time in one living area and the lodger can use the other shared living area, providing the landlord + family and lodger with their own privacy and space. A shared kitchen and a family bathroom. Please note that there is a young child the house, when considering this accommodation.

The family consists of several household pets, rabbits and chinchillas. Therefore, potential lodgers must like animals.
