Room in Beccles bills inc £90pw(couples £130)

I have my spare room to let in quiet part of Beccles up Worlingham end.

I am looking for a mature responsible professional to help with the mortgage.

In return you will have free run of the house and garden. All I ask for is cleanliness and respect for the neighbours.

All bills will be included- gas, electricity, water, broadband, digital TV and council tax is all paid by me.

I work in London alot so there may be spells I'm not there at all for weeks at a time so references from previous landlords will be required.

Couples welcome at £150 per week.
