You will be renting a Large Furnished Room with almost exclusive use of the Master Bathroom, Shower and WC. With shared use of downstairs WC, Lounge, Kitchen, Diner. The detached property is on a new (2020) quiet development with gardens to front and rear over looking arable land with a local nature reserve near by.

You will ideally be a quiet, clean and respectful person.

I'm a quiet and reserved person. I look forward to hearing from suitable applicants, the room is available immediately for the right person (Single Occupancy).

Due to it's village location transportation will be required.

** Smoking is NOT permitted in the property **- In the process of giving up, I smoke outside.

** Irrespective of initial lodging agreement, the monthly rent will reduce to £625.00 at the beginning of a new tax year, "full time" (first time buyers), will receive a gift of up to £2000.00 for each complete tax year the lodging agreement is in place.
