My parents own the house and I rent it from them. I have been living there for the last 4 years and currently living there alone.
There is a spare room so I have decided to rent it out to help with the bills.
I don't mind smokers but only out your bedroom window, outside or in the shed.
I have no pets but I don't mind you having pets depending on what it is. No dogs but reptiles, small mammals, birds and fish are OK. Or anything if it stays in the garden/shed.
