You would be sharing a large bungalow in Beck Row with two other professionals. The post code is IP28 8AB.

There is a driveway for your car. The house has a large south facing garden, internet, security cameras and alarm system. The internet is provided but you will not have use of the home phone. Other service charges such as electric, water and council tax included. Shared areas include the , kitchen and dining area. All housemates are responsible for keeping these areas clean and tidy.

Furniture is provided and can be removed on request. You are expected to provide your own bedding. The beds are king size. All bedrooms have individual locks.

The bungalow has heating and hot water provided by solar panels and a air source heat pump.

You can pay monthly one month in advance.
Separate fridge provided if vegan or special diets.

Bedroom 1: 22ft (670cm) by 12. ft (388cm)

Is a very large double room and shower ensuite with views over the rear garden. The church which has backlighting at night makes for a relaxing view. The room has two double built in wardrobes.
It has USB charging electric sockets and a Wi-Fi booster built in the room.

Bedroom 2:
18ft (540 cm) by 12.5ft (388cm)

Bedroom 2 is a very large room with several double plugs with built in USB chargers. It has a Wi-Fi boosting plug socket. It is furnished and is at the front of the property with nice sunny aspect.

Bedroom 3:
13 foot (388cm) by 12. 5 (330cm)

Bedroom 3 has several USB double sockets. It has a built in double wardrobe. The room is situated to the side of the house with views of the garden.

Bedroom four is a large double room with a separate front room. You will be getting both rooms for the fixed monthly price. It can also have it's own garden if requested.
