I have available my spare room from May 2024 for fun, kind and good vibes female housemate!
My home was completely renovated two years ago, just the kitchen to go!
4ft double ottoman bed and wardrobe.
Available for short term let £175 per week and will consider longer term let at £575 pcm for the right person (single occupancy). Winter October - March £50 additional contribution towards electricity and logs.
Beautiful tranquil village location 10 minutes drive from Newmarket and 25 minutes drive to Cambridge. Beautiful countryside walks and lots of footpath infrastructure! Log burner for cosy nights in. Local pub is a two minute walk away!
Also great for Tattersalls if you have a car, 10 minute drive tops in a straight line!

I work from home three days a week so not suitable for someone also working from home.
Must be clean and respectful and muck in with household chores. Female preferred.
