This is a double room for 1 person in a house very close to Asda, the council offices and leisure centre in Bury St Edmunds.

There is a garden for those warm evenings to sit out. There is also off-street parking at the rear of the property.

All bills are included along with hi-speed broadband.

The current housemates are all professionals who like to live in a clean and tidy house. They would like someone who is quiet and able to respect others. References will be taken and checks carried out.

We have a cleaner who comes on a weekly basis for all communal areas and someone takes care of the garden.

We are hands-on landlords and visit the property regularly to ensure all our tenants are happy.
