You will be sharing with me Colin, I’m a sociable 49 year old.
I don’t mind which room to take, so you can choose either of two nice sunny double rooms:
£500 incl. bills for the smaller room
£550 incl. bills for the larger room
Rooms are available asap.

Parking is available in nearby garages (need to be rented) On street parking permits are approx. £60 per annum.
