I have a room to rent in a modern 4 bed detached house in a quiet Close. It is about a 10-15 min walk into town and buses run directly to the town centre.
I am looking for a quiet tenant, (MON to FRI ONLY). IDEALLY THIS ROOM IS FOR A TENANT WHOSE MAIN HOME IS ELSEWHERE.
The room is furnished, with use of broadband. You would also have use of bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. There is parking on the close which is very quiet with no through traffic.
I live with my son and very friendly dog. We are easy-going, although I would expect the tenant to keep shared areas clean and tidy.
