Double Room in the Centre of Town

Hi I’m Sam, I live in this lovely town house which is a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, 2 minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the train station, it is only a 5 minute drive to the A14 so we’re very central wherever you need to travel.

Me and my daughter live here with 5 cats who are all very friendly. Our house is over 4 levels and your room will be on the 1st floor it’s fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, bookshelf and a desk but no chair, there is also a private bathroom next door to your room which only you will use.
The lounge and kitchen areas are communal, as I work long shifts I don’t normally cook until around 8pm so the kitchen is free early evening.

Cars are park along the road and a permit is required at an additional cost.

They’ll be a £300 deposit required before moving in and

£600 PCM required on the 1st of each month
