A bright, furnished double room is available in my peaceful, cosy cottage. I’m a professional who works from home. I’m looking for a quiet, considerate, and friendly lodger to share the space from late Summer/September.

• Calm and tidy environment, with occasional visits from my lively nieces and nephews.
• Bills split (approx. £100–150/month depending on usage)

• Near the Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds
• Good public transport links and close to shops and amenities

• I'm a friendly professional who works from home and enjoys a peaceful home life. I’m looking for a lodger who is considerate, clean, and values a calm, respectful atmosphere. No smoking or parties – just someone who’s looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.

£625 per month + bills. One month’s rent as deposit.
