I’ll add current photos on here after my tenant has moved out (25 July). I have a two bedroom terraced house at the top end of Southgate Street, 10 mins walk from pubs, shops, abbey gardens etc. I’m going to offer ONE large double bedroom for rent, bills included. Shared lounge/kitchen. The smaller back bedroom would be available for use as a study/guest room by agreement. There's one bathroom but I am looking into installing a WC downstairs.

Existing tenant: the downstairs front room will be occupied as a bedroom a few days a month by my sister, but you’d otherwise have the house to yourself most of the time. There’s on street residential parking.
