Nice double room for rent

The room is upstairs, nice and cosy in a three-bedroom house. There is a living room which can be used, bathroom is upstairs next to the bedroom. The house is friendly, so we are looking for a friendly person. Professional would be ideal. The house is very close to Sainsbury's (5 min walk), on Moreton Hall with easy access to a surgery, a pharmacy and other facilities like the community centre and Tesco Express. If someone is looking for a place which is in a walking distance from the hospital, it's a perfect location.
