Welcome! We have two beautiful double bedrooms available to rent. I occupy the third bedroom, which has its own en-suite, so you would have the main bathroom to yourselves. It’s a large five bedroom house, though the other two bedrooms are used as office/storage space.

This is a friendly, quiet home—ideal for someone who enjoys relaxing and unwinding. This is a calm, respectful household, so we’re looking for someone who values a quiet and tidy living environment.

Located on Braddock Square in Bury St Edmunds, you’re ideally positioned for everyday convenience. The area offers easy access to local schools, shops, supermarkets, and leisure facilities, while the town centre has a fantastic range of independent cafés, restaurants, the Arc Shopping Centre, and cultural attractions such as the Abbey Gardens and theatre. There are excellent bus links, easy access to Bury St Edmunds railway station (with direct routes to Cambridge, Ipswich and beyond), and convenient road access to the A14 for commuters.
