1930’s character house, close to the town centre.

The house has been renovated extensively, and the room is fully furnished, a very large room that consists of a sofa, double bed and various pine furniture, bedside tables chest of doors…….definitely a must see, The location is walking distance to the town, that offers plenty of shops, restaurants. The town is very historical with plenty to explore. The bathroom is shared, however there is a down stairs toilet that could be dedicated to the room. Would prefer a professional female renter, as I generally find them a better fit in terms of cleanliness and you will be required to provide character references.
