This newly decorated large converted cellar room in an Edwardian terrace is located a quiet road near the town centre. The room is perfect for a professional WOMAN, UK ENGLISH speaking resident who is working nine-five and is a NON SMOKER (including outdoors). The room has a small double bed, desk, storage space and a large old fashioned radiator that makes the room cosy during the winter months.

Our corner shop is Waitrose and we are less than two minutes walk
to the arc shopping area and the town centre.

Other amenities within a five to ten minute walk include the bus and train stations,; the leisure centre and the town has two cinemas, one of which is literally one minute away. Bury St Edmunds has a listed theatre and The Apex music venue within easy walking distance.

This is a quiet, friendly respectful and artistic household in a very quiet neighbourhood. We are looking for a tidy and clean third woman. If you are young person wishing to party regularly then this wouldn't be the right place for you.

There is also a lovely friendly dog in situ who will greet you like a long lost friend when you come home :)
