Two rooms

Large (3x4m) furnished (bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets) double room. The room has a tv and phone point and huge built in wardrobes. Smaller room (3. 5x2. 5m) also furnished and with large built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared between these rooms and has a bath/shower and there is also downstairs toilet. (Sorry, no pics of rooms as currently being lived in and don't want to invade privacy!)
The house itself is a modern, three storey town house with a large, enclosed back garden, a garage and plenty of parking.
Wifi, sky tv, gas CH, shared lounge/dining and fully equipped kitchen.
2 cats already live here so Pets are permitted but it would depend what they are and size!
Smoking is fine in the garden.
As this is a rented property you will need to pay for, and pass, credit checks and pay a deposit.
As with any house share it's important you are clean, tidy and respectful.
I would consider letting these rooms to one person, as a private lounge and bedroom.
